HORSTMANN container filling stations type CB load the rotting material in a 3-sided enclosed and roofed hall.

The interchangeable containers are pushed from the truck with the hook lift installed over guide rails in the floor to their defined location and then removed again after filling.

Filling takes place via enclosed conveyor belts. The rotting material is transported by a conveyor belt to a distribution belt above the two containers. The respective container filling conveyor is controlled by reversing. The filling belt, in turn, is reversible and movable to fill the containers evenly.

2 ultrasonic sensors on the filling belt measure the filling level and thus control the filling process.
