HORSTMANN sliding belt conveyor type PLL is a small and light sliding belt conveyor for the transport of light recyclables e.g. from the “yellow” bag. We have built this conveyor several 100 times, for satisfied customers. This conveyor is characterized by its small construction (frame height 125mm + side rails 200mm). Optionally, the belt can also be equipped with a lower belt tensioning station as length compensation and / or with a center drive. This guarantees a constant center distance.

By using plastic belts, it is possible to choose a small drum diameter. Thanks to the segment design, different lengths can be quickly realized.

The sliding surface / upper run is horizontal and has no trough angle.

Chutes, funnels, supports or suspensions are made according to the requirements.
